Terms of Service
Welcome to stiershoots.com run by S Tier Shoots. We are excited to have you on our website and want to make you aware of our terms of service.
Payment:
We must receive payment before an appointment is scheduled.
If you would like to pay for the service upon delivery you must first contact us to have these terms agreed upon.
Delivery:
Our HDR photography services are delivered within 1 business day of the completion of the appointment.
All other services are delivered within 2-5 business days of the completion of the appointment.
Cancellations & Weather:
We highly recommend canceling any appointments at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appoitment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start scheduled start time of the appointment. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.
The $25.00 cancellation fee will be waived if the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.
Cancellations Due to Late/No Shows:
If our photographer arrives at the appointment location and you do not show up or show up late to the extent that we must cancel the appointment, a $75.00 No Show fee will need to be paid in order for the appointment to be rescheduled.
Property Conditions:
All properties are photographed/videoed in the condition that they are in upon our photographer's arrival at the appointment. Our photographers can but are not required to move some objects, clean glass, turn on lights, open curtains/blinds, and turn off fans.
Clients must ensure that pets are put away and out of sight. If pets are not put away or there are so many people at the home that our photographer is unable to complete the appointment, a $75.00 Discarded Shoot fee will be charged.
Refunds & Travel Fees:
Appointments with a location that is greater than a 30-mile distance from the photographer’s business address will be subject to a travel fee. This travel fee varies depending on the distance.
