Tips For Preparing the Property:
Before the Shoot:
Be sure to have the home cleaned and staged to your liking
Realtors should confirm the state of the property prior to the appointment
Turn on all lights
Open curtains/blinds
Turn off fans
Turn off electronics such as TVs and computer screens
Remove dishes from the sink
Declutter and wipe down countertops
Remove any magnets or other items from the exterior of your fridge
Clean mirrors and windows
Stow away any visible hygiene products from the bathroom
Lower toilet seats
Hide trash cans
Move cars from the driveway
Remove any flags or banners from the exterior of the property
Hide trash bins
During the Shoot:
Do not schedule other workers to be in the home during the shoot
Do not host any events at the home during the shoot
Try to keep the number of people at the home as minimal as possible
